Golden Rule Dog Training offers in-home, private dog training. All training services are customized to fit the needs of your dog's behavior as well as working to accommodate your family's lifestyle.

We are pleased to announce that in addition to private, in-home training, we also offer LIVE, VIRTUAL sessions! Pandemic, weather and time zones need not prevent you from getting the best training!
We start with a phone or email consult to discuss your needs and goals for your dog.
First appointment:
In-depth consult and evaluation and recommended training protocol for your dog.
Out of Area Charges:
If your home is more than 15 miles from Golden Rule Dog Training, there will be travel charge of $10 per appointment.
If your home is more than 25 miles from Golden Rule Dog Training, please call for additional rates.
Basic Puppy Obedience (up to 6 months):
$380
Four, 1-hour sessions, usually one-week apart. Includes: socialization, sit, down, come, stay, handling, leash walks as well as help with housetraining, crate training (if needed) and understanding your puppy's needs and development. Special issues can also be addressed.
Behavior modification:
$95/hr
Booked on an as-needed basis to address specific NON-aggression behavior.
Adult Obedience (over 6 months):
$380
Four, 1-hour sessions, usually one-week apart. Includes: remedial housetraining (if needed); sit, down, come, stay, and general obedience issues. Special issues can also be addressed.
Behavior modification for aggression:
3 sessions - Call for details
First session is 1.5 hours. Follow-up sessions 1-1.5 hours. First session includes: learning concepts, management techniques to use while training is becoming effective, handling skills, and training protocols.
